Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Appliance

  Securely repackage the unit in its original wooden crate or heavy-duty packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Scheduled Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to pick up the appliance directly from your location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
